Our journey started in 1990 with the incorporation of Fine Infotech Limited (FIL) by a group of professional Chartered Accountants and technocrats. FIL offered a wide range of IT solutions, infrastructure software and BPO services through focused innovation.

Over the decade, FIL specialized in software development, BPO & HR services and various management related consultancy assignments for the Banking, Pharmaceutical, Telecom & Financial verticals. FIL had a global footprint with centres in Asia Pacific, Middle East and UK.

In the year 2000, GTL Limited took over FIL. However, the BPO operations were run as separate entity which was subsequently incorporated into a limited liability entity.

Osource India Private Limited was incorporated in January 2004 in Mumbai, India by a group of experienced professionals, Rajeev Sharma, Pankaj Sharma and Devendra Murkute. Over the years, Osource has evolved as one of the leading business process outsourcing organisation with more than 10 centres, 250 clients and 1000 employees across India.
