Osource's eight facilities have been built to provide a superior working environment for attracting and retaining the best talent and providing world-class service to customers. Currently, Osource has a capacity of 1400 workstations on a single shift basis across operation centers in India.

These centers have been developed using state-of-art technology comprising of the following key elements –

• RAID Implemented Servers for ensuring improved redundancy & high processing speed
• Workstations without CD/Floppy drives to ensure that data is securely storage and all activities are carried out at the servers
• Dedicated Leased Line connections with last-mile redundancy from separate carriers as the primary communication line. Backup lines from different service providers.
• Firewall & Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to monitor & regulate the inbound & outbound network traffic

This enables open and modular technology environment and facilitates integration with versatile client platforms.
