Rajeev is a first generation entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in the IT, BPO and KPO industry. Rajeev holds the following qualifications:

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Rajeev has formidable experience of establishing and managing various entities, each having its own diverse domain of specialization. Rajeev established Fine Infotech Limited (FIL) in the year 1990, which offered a wide range of systems, infrastructure software and BPO services. By the year 2000, FIL had spread its operations to Asia Pacific, Middle East and UK along with a branch office in Singapore. FIL was sold off to Global Telesystems Ltd. (GTL) in the year 2000, as a part of this deal, joined GTL as Head- Software Operations. During 3.5 years stint in GTL led a team of more than 1000 people. Insightful strategic guidance ensured the GTL became a formidable played in software services. Some of the key initiatives were:

• Expansion and set up of software operations in Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Bahrain and Europe.
• Assessment of GTL at SEI-CMM Level 4 for Enterprise Solutions - Software Development.
• Leveraged relationships from FIL to take them at global level.
• Increased focus on key accounts (HP, GE, etc.) to increase business by over three times.

Devendra Murkute ( Director )

Deven runs the technology management solutions design and transition groups at Osource, overseeing the entire gamut of Osource’s IT product and service offering. He enriches the team with his extensive experience of over 17 years in the areas of software development and implementation, cross platform development, network management, operations and project execution, maintenance and transition management. He has an immense passion for people management and team building besides expertise in organizational leadership, IT services, and process management. He has hands on experience with the quality process of SEI-CMM Level 5. He has also over 3 years of experience exploring new business opportunities in Singapore and New Zealand along with the execution of various IT projects.

Pankaj Sharma ( Director )

Pankaj has extensive cross-functional experience in business development, conceptualizing and executing new projects and managing profit centers. He bundles multiple skills that are requisite to manage Business Processes that cut across departments of an enterprise. His strengths include analytical approach and an in-depth understanding of the key factors influencing the growth and success of an enterprise. He has deep understanding of the mechanics required to effectively build a scaleable offshore operation in India catering to global customers.

His experience in vendor management, operations and migrating numerous back-office processes from internal operations has been invaluable when advising Osource’s clients about business process outsourcing. Pankaj is also responsible for directing Osource's marketing strategy that enables the company to capture market share and build brand equity. He focuses on strengthening Osource's vertical market focus and capitalizing on all opportunities for driving revenue from existing and new sales channels - initiatives that will help Osource achieve its vision of becoming the global market leader of BPO services.

Ketan Vakil ( Senior Vice President )

Ketan has 30 years of experience in Banking and Finance of which over 20 years has been with State Bank of India, one of the largest commercial bank in India. During his stint with SBI, he has exposure of working in the field of Treasury and Investment Management. Over the last 10 years, Ketan has worked as Consultant with various companies in the domain of Finance and implementation of Banking software. As a Senior Vice President with Osource, Ketan interacts with various clients to provide them with optimum outsourcing solutions using his vast experience and leveraging Osource’s expertise.

Rajesh Pandey ( Senior Vice President )

Having spent around 10 years in operations management, finance and accounting and reporting functions, Rajesh currently heads the Operations at Osource. With over 10 years experience in the outsourcing industry, his main area of focus at Osource is building organization capabilities in operations delivery. A qualified chartered accountant, Information System Auditor (ICAI-ISA) and Post Graduate in US-GAAP Accounting, Rajesh has spent over 10 years in accounting and corporate finance functions. Rajesh has successfully carried out migration functions such as opportunity and solution identification, process mapping and solution implementation to client offices across the globe. Under his, leadership, Osource has successfully exceeded Service Level & Quality Expectation across Clients over the years. Rajesh is strongly appreciated by our Clients for Osource's good balance between people, process & result oriented focus.

Suraj Dubey ( Vice President )

Suraj has more than 11 years of experience in all facets of information security including information security strategy, programs, plans and overall information security posture. Before joining Osource, Suraj had been with Indian Air Force as a Combat Member for over 9 years, wherein he was heading the System/Network Administration & In-house project development domains, which demanded high awareness of Security Threats, Patch Management, OS Admin Techniques and latest Network and Internet technologies. He also played an instrumental role in the development of an information security model, developer's guidelines and various policies and procedures for the organization. He was also an active member of the Air Head-Quarter Information Technology & Internet Warfare Exercise Team and is certified in Ethical Hacking & Server Hardening and System & Network Administration. Suraj is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).
